Nags Head

We had been to RSPB Nags Head on a couple of occasions but September 2024 was the best viewing we have had of Wild Boar. There were very few birds showing themselves that day but the wildlife around the pond was stunning. I was lying on one of the wooden benches skywatching when I saw first a Buzzard and then quite a while later the Goshawk, both flying just too high for my camera.
