Ebro Delta

We could see the roost of over 100 Night Heron from the park up. A short bike ride away was the territory of a Squacco Heron. A drive into the centre of the Ebro Delta and you could see a flock of Glossy Ibis, it was thought that there were about 50,000 of them. Grey Heron, White Stork, Spoonbill, Great White Egret, Cattle Egret, Marsh Harrier, Purple Swamp Hen, Blue Throat, Greater Flamingo and many other stunning birds call this place their home. This really was a memorable experience.
