Reserve Naturel de Sebes, Catalunya

We are following the Ebro, which is the most imposing of the Catalan rivers, and our travel plans meander much like the river. It happens to be Christmas eve and by some stroke of genius or pure luck, we find ourselves at Flix. Not only is there a good campervan stop with electricity here but there is also the Reserve Naturel de Sebes. At approximately 7 hectares the reserve is bursting with life, serenity and vitality. This truly is an outstanding reserve to which I would very much like to return. What a way to spend Christmas! Watching kingfishers, moustached warblers, penduline tits. white wagtails and so many other birds thriving in this stunning space.
