Black Wheatear

10th January 2024. It was a long walk uphill to the viewpoint at Embalse de Sanomera Murcia and whilst the view was spectacular, it was the walk down which povided the best sighting. I could only guess what the birds were as I had not seen one before. A quick look at Collins when I got back to the Campervan confirmed the sighting as a pair of Black Wheater. My luck was certainly in as one of them decided to take a bath.
